Allow me to introduce myself, I am Nicaury Miller, Broker/Owner of Home Styles Realty. I have been in the
Real Estate business for 10 years and in the customer relation field for over 15
years. I also specialize in Real Estate Investment, Marketing, Property Management
and Pre-foreclosures. Home staging and home decoration are my passion. I can't get
enough of real estate, I love every facet of this business!

Recent Milestones
My last 6 years of real estate have been the greatest years of my career. I would
like to see many changes done to our industry, therefore I volunteer to be part
of New Jersey Association of Realtor Technology Committee and the Education Committee.
My current Designations include, (GRI) Graduate Real Estate Institute, (ABR) Accredited
Buyer Representation (PME) Property Marketing Expert. I am currently working on
making my office a franchise and creating a new MLS. Never stop reinventing our
real estate business. Can't wait to see it all develop.
I have been involved in pre-foreclosure since 2001, our current market calls it
SHORT SALE. The process can be long but with the right agent it can be a fast process.
Property Management is another facet of my business that I enjoy, over the last
8 years I have managed over 10 properties. Real estate invesment has been a passion
of mine, from the first time I enter in this business. Furthermore, Home Staging
has become an essential part of my business, I have learned to perfect my decorating style.
Helping my sellers sell there homes is my priority-I will do what ever it takes
to sell there homes in this challenging market. The last 4 years, I have been involved
in home building, again it is just an amazing aspect of this business.
I can't forget about my Buyers whom I teach about finance, real estate, and investment.
My designation of (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative- elevates my level of care
for my buyers. I am not only helping them find a house, I am funding there future.
My clients know they can afford a house, they know a mortgage payment is not there
only monthly expense. I cover all facets of the buying process throughly.
